The Philippines will have no difficulty absorbing this equipment
The Comanche wasn’t as good of an attack helicopter as either the Apache or Super Cobra, and wasn’t as good for low key surveillance as the predator and other drones like it Bell delivers final USMC AH-1Z Viper attack helicopter. The H-1 production line is still active in support of foreign military sales to US allies. Nov 21 2022
AH64D or AH-1Z. I‘m just short of researching the AH-1F in US tree, after which I have to decide between Viper and Apache. I have previous top tier heli experience with the Ka-52 and Mi-28N. From previous experience I‘m interested in the following areas to increase survivability: Maneuverability in roll and pitch to facilitate diving into Asof right now, the AH-64D Longbow version is superior to the AH-1Z in terms of radar, having a much bigger radar mounted on top of the rotors than a pod or wingtip radar for the Zulu. there are plans to develop a Longbow radar for the Zulu, but we'll see if it survives budget cuts. they are both great choppers to have in a firefight. Boeing AH-64 Apache Longbow Attack Helicopter in action duri TheAH-1Z has a legacy BR, overall they're effectively the same. The AH-64A is a little more powerful, has the 30mm (but imo is only as good as the 20mm when you take Armoured Targets belts) and has Stingers which to some is an advantage. For whatever reason, the AH-1Z was never moved up in BR even though imo it always should have been. TheAH-64 Apache is a four-blade, twin-engine attack helicopter developed by Hughes Helicopters for the United States Army's Advanced Attack Helicopter program to replace the AH-1 Cobra. The prototype YAH-64 was first flown on 30 September 1975. The US Army selected the YAH-64 over the Bell YAH-63 in 1976, and later approved full production in Thecurrent incarnation of the Huey cobra for the Marine Corps, which is called the AH-1Z Viper, sometimes referred to as the King Cobra continues to be the backbone of the Marines attack helicopter force for several reasons. The AH-1Z is comparable to the AH-64 Apache weapons system but remains slightly faster, carries a Majorchanges for the attack Viper. There are differences in the AH-1Z Viper and AH-1W Super Cobra that further differentiates the two, which are major improvements. Implementing these changes is essential to keep the weapon system serving the USMC. AH-64 E Helicopter Gets Lethal With Spike NLOS Missiles
TheUnited States operates 819 Apache and 91 AH-1Z attack helicopters, making the platform a significant investment in firepower. At $36 million a pop, the AH-64 Apache doesn’t come cheap.
TheAH-1Z is the latest in a long line of helicopters descended from the UH-1 "Huey" helicopter. During the Vietnam War, a dedicated attack helicopter variant—the AH-1 "Cobra"—was developed

Reportspublished in the recent years demonstrate that the cost of a flight hour of AH-1Z varies around USD 4,500. In the relation to the AH-1W Super Cobra version, in the years when the Viper has been

Ifmoney is no object, I’ll take the Apache. The AH-64 is undoubtedly the better of the two platforms to be in as a pilot if you get shot down as it has more armor and modern safety, features like collapsible landing gear and stroking seats. I believe they both have self sealing fuel tanks with fire suppression built-in.

Themost-modern UH-1Y and AH-1Z sport four rotor blades instead of the original two and are both twin-engine aircraft. Bell has driven to keep the Ah-1 and UH-1 designs to be as common as possible

TheAH-1Z Viper or the AH-64D and/or E Apache. I'm a Hawk crew dog and prior Marine, but my knowledge of both airframes is limited. I know we have some former
TheApache has the same amount of Hellfires, no MAW/Flare Auto Launching, and 4 crappy AIM-92s at 10.3. The only thing the Apache has on the AH-1Z is the gun but other than that why does the Apache deserve 10.3 rather than also being 10.0? Not to even compare speed or maneuverability because the Viper easily beats the Apache there too.
TheApache has a greater fuel consumption but, has more fuel capacity so, it still has better range than the Viper. The Viper is smaller, presenting a smaller target, faster, and greater rate of climb resulting in better maneuverability than the Apache. They are basically, equal aircraft with the Viper meeting the Marine Corps requirements better.
